Hotel Agreement – Stay-to-Play Policy

To participate in the Champions Cup Elite, all teams located outside a 75-mile radius of Irvine, CA (verified by tournament staff) must adhere to the Stay-to-Play requirements below:

– Teams must secure at least 10 rooms per night.
– Teams must book through the official Champions Cup Elite housing block.
– All reservations must appear on the official rooming list provided by the host hotel.
– Teams that do not meet the Stay-to-Play requirements must pay the $750 Buyout Fee before scheduling.

Confirm that if the Stay-to-Play and Buyout Policies are not followed, my team will be removed from the tournament and will receive only a 50% refund, within 60 days after the tournament has ended *
