Host Hotels
The list of Host Hotels will be published in January 2026.
All out-of-area teams participating in the Champions Cup Elite Showcase must follow our Stay-to-Play housing policy. Please review the requirements below before submitting your hotel information or buyout request.
Hotel Application & Agreement
Teams located outside the 75-mile radius must stay in an approved host hotel to participate in the 2026 Champions Cup Elite Showcase.
Requirements:
– Submit the Hotel Application & Agreement by May 15, 2026, or as soon as reservations are made.
– Teams must book a minimum of 10 rooms per night within the designated hotel block.
– Teams that do not meet the 10-room requirement will not be placed in the tournament.
– This Stay-to-Play policy helps keep player registration fees lower.
– The coach or team manager is responsible for verifying room totals with the hotel.
Buyout Option
Teams choosing alternative housing (outside the host hotel block) must submit a $750 buyout fee.
Requirements:
– Buyout fee must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
– The buyout only applies to teams outside the 75-mile radius.
Teams that do not meet EITHER
– the 10-room requirement OR
– the buyout payment
will not be placed in the tournament.
